Apple has released iOS 17.0.2 and iPadOS 17.0.2 updates for all iPhones and iPads. These updates come just five days after the release of iOS 17.0.1 and iPadOS 17.0.1.
The iOS 17.0.2 and iPadOS 17.0.2 updates have the build number 21A351 and can be downloaded over-the-air on eligible devices by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

It is worth noting that iOS 17.0.2 was initially released exclusively for iPhone 15 owners, and they were prompted to install the update during the iPhone setup process.
However, Apple has now made iOS 17.0.2 available for all iPhones compatible with iOS 17, so non-iPhone 15 users can also update their devices.
The release notes from Apple state that iOS 17.0.2 fixes an issue that could prevent transferring data directly from another iPhone during the setup process.
